or “our”). By using the App or any of our Services, you agree to the collection and

Pulse is a business application used to manage customers, leads, calls, and related
operational data. The App works together with a web frontend and a backend API.
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Pentagon is the controller of
your personal data where relevant.

- The Pulse mobile application;
- Any web application or dashboard you use to access Pulse functionality; and
- The backend services and APIs that support the App and web application.
